For domestic shipments, expect shipping within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays, sale promotional periods, and weekends.
*However, during the holiday period, shipment traffic may vary between 3-7 business days, due to traffic delays & overload.
International shipping

Returns
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for your funds to be reflected on your statement. A PayPal refund should be reflected within 2-5 business days from the processing date.
Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer online exchange and or guaranteed refund of unused and tagged merchandise, when returned in the original condition. This includes, the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of your purchase.
